Gift Card Policy

The following terms and conditions apply to the purchase and use of Eglance
Bookstore Gift Cards and eGift Cards

Redemption & Use

● A gift card is redeemable in the U.S at Eglance Bookstore and online at
www.eglancebookstore.com.
● No refunds or exchanges on gift cards.
● Not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
● Cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
● If the amount of your Gift Card does NOT cover the total purchase
amount, you will need to pay for the remainder of the purchase
with a valid form of payment.
● If the amount of your Gift Card is MORE than the total order
amount, the balance amount will be stored on your Gift Card
account for future use.
● Cannot be combined with other discounts.
● No sales tax is charged when buying Gift Cards. However,
products purchased with a Gift Card will be charged applicable
sales tax.

Expiration & Fees
Cards do not expire.

Lost, Damaged or Stolen Cards & Fraud
Card has no replacement value if lost or stolen or used without your
permission. Return of merchandise purchased with this card is subject to
return policy.

VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS
If you violate these Gift Card Terms, we suspect or believe that a Gift Card
was obtained, used, or applied to a purchase fraudulently, unlawfully, or
otherwise in violation of these Gift Card Terms, or use any Gift Card in a
manner that we suspect or believe is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, unfair,
or otherwise harmful to Eglance Bookstore, its affiliates, or its customers, we
reserve the right, without notice to you, to cancel, hold, void, or refuse to
accept such Gift Cards without a refund, suspend or terminate accounts,
suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and
bill alternative forms of payment.

General Terms
We reserve the right to make changes to these Gift Card Terms, at any time
without notice, from time to time at our sole discretion. All terms and
conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. If any of these terms
and conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that
term and condition shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity
and enforceability of any remaining terms or conditions.
